Working Conditions
Working Conditions
All operators working at production lines, shift bosses, cleaning and dining hall personnel work by shifts.
Empolyees work by shifts for 6 days of week in periods 07:30 – 15.30, 15.30 – 23.30 ve 23.30 – 07.30 and other employees work for 5 days of week between 08:30 – 18:30, in total for 225 hours in a month.
Annual performance evaluations of white-collar employee is realized according to one to one negoatiations and results of simulations and interviews made in ‘ Development Center’
Facilities
Pay raise is effected once in a year, at the beginning of calender year. For pay raise, HAY for BY, and MIDS for GROUP MY salary management systems are applied.

All conditions required by laws are applied to employees of our company. Furthermore facilities offered updated every year according to historical contex and announced to all employee verbally or by internet or clipboard.

Recruitment Procedure
Blue-collar recruitment procedure:
Starts with approval of application, and follows interviews of human resources specialists and application aptitude tests. After interview of HR specialists, according to the result of technical interviews with department managers, the references of the applicant is investigated.
Then wage offer is made, if the applicant accepts the offer, a detailed medical inspection is done . Following approval of company doctor, legal transactions are carried out and finalized with the application of orientation program of the related position.
Applications without photos are not accepted.

Starts with the approval of applications on the internet, proces of interview between eligible applicants and human resources starts and competency based interview is applied. Then English proficiency tests applied and if necessary an interview in English Language is made.
Following application of emotional tests, eligible applicants are invited for technical interviews. Technical interviews can be made as a panel. References of successful applicants and of applicants considered to be convenient for the position are investigated. Then wage offer is made, if the applicant accepts the offer, a detailed medical inspection is done . Following approval of company doctor, legal transactions are carried out and finalized with the application of orientation program of the related position.

Training
Training
Training is advice by the staff or supervisor of Human Resources Department according to evaluation results. Training requirements related to the recovery of inadequate competency, is determined by the applications of development center. Trainings are planned in two periods per year. Trainings are classified in two categories as internal and external trainings.Training instructors can be an employee of the company or can be an instructor of Consultancy Company. External trainings provided by local or foreign Consultancy Companies. Also training requirements are satisfied by means of internet.
